Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GetHirePlus ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access GetHirePlus for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

User Accounts

GetHirePlus provides AI-powered interview and hiring services, including but not limited to:

• AI-conducted phone interviews and assessments
• Live video interviews with integrated code editor and proctoring
• Candidate evaluation, scoring, and reporting
• Interview scheduling and coordination
• Hiring process optimization and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during interviews and assessments
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Respect the intellectual property rights of GetHirePlus and third parties
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Payment Terms

Billing: Some aspects of our services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of paid services in a timely manner.

Refunds: Refund policies vary by service type. Please contact our support team for specific refund requests and policies.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing customers with reasonable advance notice.

Intellectual Property

In no event shall GetHirePlus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact our support team for account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
